SCHEDULE OF FEES
MARRIAGE PREPARATION/CEREMONY

The wedding ceremony itself, the high point of your wedding day, speaks to all present of the love which the two of you share - a love which God has initiated, and a love which God will support throughout your lives.

Rev. Jim David or Rev. Marie David (whichever officiant you select) will work with you as a couple to prepare a wedding ceremony that will be a memorable celebration for you and your guests. Using the Roman Catholic Rite of marriage you will be able to craft a ceremony that will speak to the presence of God, to your love, and to the important role that your family and friends have had in helping you arrive at this moment as a couple.

The officiant will put hours of time into getting to know you as a couple, preparing the ceremony, and officiating at the prayerful celebration of your marriage. The fee for these basic services is $575, and usually represents a modest percentage of the entire wedding cost. Additional fees for other services or travel may apply.*

Deposit to hold the date due upon initial agreement:             $100
Due at first meeting:                                                                   $150
Due at second meeting:                                                             $150
Due by one week prior to ceremony:             remainder of balance
(Each payment is non-refundable.)


*Additional Charges for Travel & Rehearsals

Travel: There are no additional travel charges for weddings taking place in Harwich, Brewster, Chatham, Orleans, Dennis, or Yarmouth. Additional charges of $35 to $50 per trip may apply to weddings beyond these locations. Weddings taking place off-Cape are not usually accepted.

Rehearsals: Rev. David is familiar with most venues on the Cape and does not usually attend rehearsals. Attendance at rehearsal is an additional $75.00; to attend and run the rehearsal is an additional $125. Rehearsals or ceremonies which start more than fifteen minutes after the agreed upon time will incur extra charges at the rate of $25.00 for each additional quarter hour or fraction thereof.

Programs in pre-marital (pre-Cana) counseling are available upon request; fees vary according to program selected.
