Rev. Marie S. David, M.Ed.

Marie David holds a Masters Degree in Education from Rivier College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Maine, and a Minor in Religious Studies from St. Joseph College. She is certified as a Reiki Master.

Marie has over twenty years of experience in Catholic education, spirituality and ministry. She has served as a Director of Religious Education Programming and as a consultant for the Sadlier Publishing Company as well as a contributing author to their Religious Education series. She has been a presenter for numerous workshops on women's spirituality and wellness, and early childhood faith development.

Marie is a skilled presider and homilist at liturgy and common prayer. As a parent and an expert in early childhood development she has designed and implemented programs for bringing the Liturgy of the Word to children and in the Spirituality of Parenting. As a Reiki Master Marie brings a unique integration of Eastern and Western spirituality to her work with others. She offers both Reiki Treatments and Reiki Training as well as spiritual direction. Marie is an ordained priest in good standing in the Community of Roman Catholic Womenpriests. She is a priest in good standing and has faculties in the Ecumenical Catholic Church and is a certified member of the Federation of Christian Ministries.

Rev. James F. David, M.Div.

James F. (Jim) David holds a Master of Divinity Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.

Jim is a member of CORPUS, an association for an inclusive priesthood, the International Council of Community Churches, and Spiritual Directors International. He is a certified member the Federation of Christian Ministries and has been a member of the Association of Psychological Type. He is a priest in good standing and has faculties in the Ecumenical Catholic Church. He currently serves as co-Director of Evensong, co-pastor of St. Mary of Magdala Church, and is a Chaplain for the Harwich Police Department.

Jim has served as a spiritual director and retreat director and presenter for twenty five years. His retreats include "The Love That Matters First," and "At Home With God and Self." He is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and has conducted workshops throughout the northeast, including presentations on Personality Type and Prayer.

Ordained in the Roman Catholic Tradition Jim has also served as a theology instructor, and as a Roman Catholic Pastor. He resigned from the Roman Catholic clerical order in 1993 to continue his work for church renewal outside of the official structure. He now ministers as an Ecumenical Catholic Priest.

His publications include Peter's Redemption, a novel about change in the church of the 21st Century, and Midnight Mysteries, a collection of poems on the Incarnation.
